Clear Plumbing will exercise care and attention during installations, we will place dustsheets in all working areas and insure those areas are hovered and left clean and tidy before we leave.  We may have to move items of furniture lift carpet, lift floorboards and conduct minor building work during the execution of works; we will endeavors to return all in their original state.

Our guarantee
All work carried out by Clear Plumbing is guaranteed for 12 months, with all materials supplied by Clear Plumbing covered by their manufacturers’ warranties.

A Clear Schedule
If minor works are being undertaken that will be completed in under a day the process will be discussed upon arrival.   If works are due to take longer than 1 day, a schedule will be drawn up and agreed by both party’s so you are aware what to expect in advance so you can make suitable plans should it be necessary.

Complaints procedure
We are very approachable and take complaints extremely seriously so should any issues arise from our workmanship that you are not happy with, or believe are not up to the standards you expect, we welcome you to discuss the matter ASAP whilst work is under way so we can rectify the problem immediately.

If you wish to take the complaint further we would ask that you put it in writing to the above address. We will do our upmost to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible and in all cases your complaint will be fully investigated and a response issued within 5 working days.
